The area of legal entities is the most strongly represented group of our customers.
In addition to the already mentioned services, we also provide:

• records of fixed assets,
• administration of wages on a contractor basis,
• creation of intra-company regulations,
• administration of stock management,
• resolution of problems with debtors, issuing of notices, monitoring of receivables and proposals of measures
  (payment order, cooperation with lawyers…),

• reconstruction of accounting records, utilization of extraordinary corrective measures,
• accounting and advisory services during mergers, transformations, establishing of new companies, etc.

Physical entities are the second most frequent client of our company, for which we provide advisory services both during special transactions, as well as during routine daily operations and the issuing of common documents.

For physical entities, we provide tax record-keeping services, as well as double-entry accounting, and transition from one type to the other.

We will secure for you trouble-free inspections by the Financial Authority, and properly and on time submitted declarations and overviews for social security administrators and health insurance providers.

In addition to the already mentioned services, we will advise you in all transactions, their taxation, and we will recommend the most suitable time-frame for the given transaction.

Thanks to more than eight years of activity in this area, we have extensive experience in the administration of buildings and we are able to share them with our new customers. Our customers are more than twenty buildings with various numbers of dwelling units (from 6 to 38 apartments) in Prague as well as outside of Prague.

Among the services provided to owners associations and housing cooperatives are especially the following:

• setting of advances for owners and their annual updating based on the yearly settlement,
• provision of accounting services during the course of the year, booking of invoices from suppliers, bank statements, issued invoices (if, for example, a part of the building is rented, etc.), cash documents,
• monthly monitoring of the payment of advances by the owners, their evaluation and informing of the committee of the Association about the current status of payments,
• performance of yearly settlements according to agreed upon allocation criteria (persons, person-months, square meters, readings of the meters, etc.),
• preparation of economic analyses of financial performance, preparation of materials for the annual association owners' meeting, etc.,

As a part of selection procedures, we will send you a sample yearly settlement, overview for the Association Committee or housing cooperative and other sample documents.

Non-profit organizations have been among our customers already for many years; they include interest associations (sports clubs, maternity centers, cultural clubs and societies), and also some political parties and associations registered with the Ministry of the Interior.

Within the scope of these services, we prepare special documents for grant requests, so that we make financing easier for these types of organizations.
